You’ve had positive homebirth experience's before and want that again for this birth
You feel unsure about booking with the NHS
You have cultural, religious, or language needs that haven’t been well supported before
You’d prefer a private, bespoke, personalised approach toy our care
You work shifts and prefer evening or weekend appointments to work around you and your commitments
You’d simply feel more comfortable having your care at home around your family life

My name is Laura, and I have been a Midwife for over 4 years now. I have worked in the Maternity world for over 8 years, so I am well experienced in my role.
I am registered with the NMC and the RCN and I am a NIPE trained practitioner. I have worked previously as an NHS Midwife but I didn't feel thats where my true calling was, I have worked privately and now working Independently.
I have my own life experiences of pregnancy and birth, I have 2 daughters who are grown up now and who both came with very different but challenging pregnancy and birth stories. It is my own stories that have fuelled my passion to be a midwife.
My ethos is ensuring women are heard and feel involved in their care, offering calm, connection and real choice, by being your advocate this gives you the courage and confidence to have a say in how your care is delivered whilst still recieving upto date evidence-based advice, nurturing, guidance and support from me throughout.

"Reassured Me"
"Laura was my Midwife with my youngest child and the only word I can use for Laura is phenomenal - she was absolutely amazing with me as I had a difficult pregnancy and was always worried. Laura reassured me in my appointments and communications through messages, that all seems ok at the present time. She was understanding, patient and available when needed. I couldn't recommend Laura any more if I tried. Absolutely amazing Midwife and person
